This is the Privacy Policy of Legal Freaks bv, with its registered office at Peperstaat 46, 1910 Kampenhout and registered with the K.B.O. under number 0795.627.553 (hereinafter: Legal Freaks).
This Privacy Policy applies to any processing of personal data by Legal Freaks as a data controller of you as a visitor to our website, as a customer, as a supplier, as a prospect,... Legal Freaks respects your privacy and processes your personal data in full compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "GDPR")
What personal data may we process?

What is the purpose and legal basis for processing?
When you fill out a form on the website: answering your question based on your consent to process your data;

What is the duration of processing?
If you have purchased a product or service, we will keep your data for 5 years after your last purchase.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we will continue to process your personal data until you unsubscribe via the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each e-mail. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge.
When you contact us as a non-customer by mail, phone, or through the fill-in form, we also keep your contact information (and that of your company) for 5 years.
What are your rights?
Right of access and inspection: You have the right to learn about your personal data at any time, free of charge, as well as about the use we make of it;
Right of rectification, deletion and limitation: You are free to communicate your personal data to us or not. In addition, you always have the right to request us to correct, supplement or delete your personal data. What security measures have we taken?
We have developed security measures adapted at the technical and organizational levels to avoid the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorized access or inadvertent disclosure to third parties of personal data collected as well as any other unauthorized processing of your personal data.
Of course, you also bear responsibility for not disclosing your personal log-in data to third parties. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an erroneous or illegal use by a third party of your log-in data except in case of a data breach on our side.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
Our employees and subcontractors may potentially have access to your personal data. In this case, we provide a confidentiality agreement with them.
